Although, in the late 1990s, China's international long-distance telephone network management system has already been in operation for long-distance telephone network, but with the increasing competition in the international white-hot market and continuing to explore the new international telecommunications market, The old system can not control the cost of business, the quantity of the data; also can not make a high-speed decision and adjust the routing according to some key factors, such as the flow rate,the income and the quality of data. Base on above reasons, Carrier need a new business operation support system, which can strengthen the voice of the international market competitiveness and expand market share in the international voice market.Under this situation, the International telephone routing quality monitoring system was proposed.First of all, this paper outlines the monitoring software and detailed blueprint for the development of its telecommunications applications, and then analyzed the existing vendor solutions, as well as existing problems, introduced the project and the project background, the research value and objectives; then Research projects on the basis of the proposed system and the whole program design, analysis the international telephone routing system from monitor the quality of data stored, and then generate the data model.During this whole process, it realized and proposed the communication protocols between the data collection layer and data-processing layer, the data structure (DataContainer), the client static data center (DataCenter) in data-processing layer and the data presetation layer, and also gave the key code and chart.Finally, base on the summing up the project, it proposed the research and development work on the next step prospects.During this project, the main archievement that the author gets are:In the structure of the system, the author proposed the concept of Service Channel (that is, "soft-bus" structure), import the concept of the pipeline so that the system has a good scalability, system development and to provide a good environment for access, as long as Inherit the user interface, authorization can be in a "soft bus" to register, so that you can add a new software module, this is similar to the Plug and Play hardware.On the client side, the author proposed the concept of static data center, which will not only improve the operating efficiency of the entire system, but also can reduce the numbers of unnecessary data communications between the system's server and client, combined with the mechanism of "broadcasting events", this also will make the system of code is more flexibility.On the presetation layer, the author import the method, which combine the geographic information and routing quality monitor, to show at different levels. Although it does not like the real geographic information systems, which can be as specific geographic information described in great detail, but this has been able to make quality routing warning message more directly and more clearly to show the relative of network operators and the maintenance people.On the report system, the author import the open-source projects JFreeChart, as a report of system in the form of statements of the tools that can provide decision-making to the complex graphics statements. Although the statements and professional software is still a great gap, but it is open source, it can save customers too many money.
