With the continuous development of China's economy and the state deepening economic reform,manufacturing industry is facing the pressure of industrial upgrading and transformation.The government work report of the 2017 two sessions proposed to further implement the "Made in China 2025" plan and to speed up the application of large data,cloud computing,and Internet of Things in manufacturing.The application of Internet of Things and information technology to traditional manufacturing enterprises can effectively improve the production efficiency and product quality of traditional manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,through the establishment of a widely applicable hardware and software framework of data collection,storage,monitoring,analysis and backtracking in production and processing and the way by applied industrial IoT technology and today's increasingly developed information technology to the traditional production,processing and manufacturing,to make the traditional production,processing and manufacturing digital,information and intelligent.In this case,without changing the original production equipment and production processes,it can achieve the maximum realization of the factory's fine management and improvement of product quality.The main contents of the paper include the following aspects:(1)Based on the technology of industrial IoT,this system achieves data collection of on-site sensors and production equipment and information wireless transmission by extending industrial Ethernet to device-level data transmission networks.This paper presents a design of an acquisition module for abstracting various equipment data,making the server-side software can do a consistent data analysis and storage,development work can also be more focus on the business level.(2)This paper proposed the use of a new generation of user interface framework to achieve real-time monitoring system of the production line.By making full use of the advantages of current new technology in the UI interaction,the system makes a visual processing of the collected production data.At the same time,through the system of real-time monitoring of the parameters and the overall “complex process capability index” calculation of production line,to achieve the production quality monitoring.(3)By integrating information of production factors into the system,it achieves the management of production factors.The acquisition module uses the radio frequency identification technology to collect the production factors information.The system will associate the products with their production factors information automatically to record the all of the production factors information for every product.(4)This paper proposed one of the uses of production data collection and production factors information for the purpose of quality backtracking and production process optimization.Through the design of the database and the storage and processing of the production process data,the system realizes the backtracking reproduction easily.By utilizing the effective analysis of these backtracking data,it realizes the optimization of production management and production process.(5)This paper introduces the actual deployment and application of the system in two cable factories,and verifies the feasibility and practicability of the system and details some of the problems and solutions in the actual deployment of the system.In one of the companies,this system achieved the integration of its own production system.
