Products quality is vital to an enterprise. Under the global economic integration, the textile industry of our country is confronted with more intense challenge from multinational companies than ever. Concurrently, there are lots of disadvantages in production management of the textile industry. Due to the complicated and discrete quality data, the calculation efficiency is low so that it is adverse to quality control and analysis. Therefore, it is compulsory to actively facilitate the construction of imformatization, and construct a real time management system with high efficiency.We have conducted a research on the quality management of cotton spinning enterprises, on the strength of a significant technological project of Hangzhou City-Information management system of Cotton-spinning Enterprises. The quality management system of Chunjiang Cotton Spinning Corporation is developed and designed under B/S model and J2EE hierarchical systematic construction, which is helpful for future expansion and maintenance. The developing tool is Jbuider 8, and the database is SQL Server 2000. After surveying and analyzing the quality management of this enterprise, in this paper we elaborate the status of its development and imformatizational construction. Provide detailed analysis of the operational procedure of data acquisition, quality inspection, analysis and monitoring, as well as products quality feedback. Depict in detail the functional demand of data acquisition, quality inspection, as well as yarn semiproducts report, analysis, and monitoring. Analyze and present data model of the system. Illustrate the processing procedure design of each module and the design of simple algorithm; meanwhile put forward the structure design of the system database. And finally deliver the implementation of the main modules of the system, especially the implementation of quality diagnosis and tendency analysis.After operation, the system has significantly decreased the time in data statistics and categorization. By utilizing tendency chart and statistic table, the system can implement real time quality monitoring, find and resolve the problems in time, therefore greatly improving the management level and efficiency of the enterprise as well as its products quality and economic leverage. Meanwhile, the system has brought forth great convenience for the large amount of data demanded by cotton allotment and technical design, hence shortening the production period and supporting the purchasing and selling of the enterprise.
