With the popularization of 4G technology and the continuous development of 5G technology,along with the increasingly "civilianization" of smartphones and the rapid development of new media technologies,the way for the general public to obtain news is no longer limited to the traditional media channels in the past.More and more people are breaking through the "information fence" created by traditional media and using news clients as a weapon to obtain information.With its great convenience,the news client has created a national phenomenon of "watching news freely".The news client's means of attracting fans is not only due to its great convenience of communication.The news client is also favored by most users for its massive information,constantly updated functional experience and continuously optimized user experience.At present,there are three types of news clients in the news client market: aggregation news clients,traditional media news clients,and portal website news clients.The author summarizes the user's behavior preference of using the news client and the factors that affect the user's satisfaction with the news client through interviews,questionnaires,quantitative research and other methods.The article is divided into seven parts,which are summarized as follows:The first part is an introduction,mainly to systematically elaborate the relevant background of the research and the basis of the topic selection,significance,research methods,etc.,and define the relevant concepts related to the research;the second part introduces the definition,type,and development status of the news client,Corresponding to the first chapter of this article;the third part is the literature review part,through combing the research of previous scholars,summing up the research questions,and summarizing and interpreting the relevant opinions,corresponding to the second chapter of this article;the fourth part is mainly about the author and The interview dialogue part of the interview conducted by the interviewee corresponds to Chapter 3 of this article;the fifth part is to define the research object,and at the same time,comb through the relevant literature to determine the factors that affect the user's satisfaction with the news client,and put forward on this basis Relevant assumptions,questionnaire design,etc.correspond to Chapter 4 of this article;the sixth part is data analysis,which is mainly divided into two parts: first,through descriptive statistics of the sample,roughly summarize the user's preference for the use of the news client,Second,empirical analysis of factors affecting the satisfaction of news clients Through the sample reliability test,validity test,regression analysis and other methods to start the corresponding chapter of this article;Part VII of the main recommendations is to optimize client news,and research is insufficient to make elaborate,the corresponding article Chapter VI.The author mainly uses the usage and satisfaction theory as the main entry point,and divides the satisfaction degree that affects the news client into five dimensions,namely: information demand satisfaction degree,personal integration demand satisfaction degree,social integration demand satisfaction degree,news client information quality The height and user experience of the function,so when designing the questionnaire,I set 4 to 5 survey items for different survey dimensions,factor analysis of each variable by dimension reduction,and found the extracted The principal components are consistent with the dimensions of the questionnaire.On this basis,through the correlation test,the author found that the user's satisfaction with the news client has a positive correlation with the above five dimensions,and on this basis,regression analysis was performed.Through regression analysis results,the author draws the following conclusions: the degree of satisfaction of information needs,the degree of satisfaction of personal integration requirements,the quality of news client information,and the functional experience of users on news clients will all affect the satisfaction of users with news clients to varying degrees The regression analysis results show that the degree of satisfaction of social integration needs is not related to the degree of satisfaction of users with news clients.
