| With the development of mobile Internet,the popularity of smart phones has been changing the habits of users to news,mobile news client makes it possible that we can get the most timely news anytime,anywhere.In 2015,the Chinese mobile phone news client user breakthrough 500 million,mobile news client has become daily life inseparable part.Tencent news client continued to lead,reelected 2015 mobile client information industry comprehensive and individual top in the user coverage,average browsing time,daily view number,average number of starts and user activity,etc.So it has great research value.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the Influencing factors of users' continuance intention.In the Internet age,it is undeniable that who seize the user will seize the future development.Based on Expectation Confirmation Model and Perceived Playfulness model,this paper takes Tencent news client as the research object,combining tencent news client operator and user's angle,constructing the suitable Tencent news client research framework.This paper discussed function characteristics,user perception,emotional response,factors of users' continuance intention.Finally,empirical studies have found that the factors which affect the users' willingness to use mobile news client are analyzed.The most important factor is satisfaction for users which would make them continue to use Tencent News Client,followed by the quality of information,quality of service is again.The most important indicators that affect satisfaction are smooth experience,followed by perceived usefulness.In the end,based on the research results and the development trend of the journalism,this paper puts forward the suggestions for the future development of Tencent News Client,and summarizes the shortcomings and prospects of this research. |
