| With the rapid development of the Internet industry,competition among major mobile phone manufacturers has entered an oligopoly era.The competition of mobile phone manufacturers is not limited to the competition on hardware,but is more focused on the actual experience of users,especially the user experience.The mobile app store,as an app pre-installed by each mobile phone manufacturer,is the entrance and prerequisite for users to use other mobile phone app,and it is the most important step related to user experience.At present,there is no unified application store among Android mobile phone manufacturers in China.Each manufacturer has developed its own application store,and Huawei Mobile Phone,as the largest mobile phone manufacturer in China and the benchmark for application stores in the Android ecosystem,has many users.Therefore,taking the users of Huawei mobile app store as the research object,in-depth understanding of user needs,based on the grounded theory,through in-depth analysis and coding of the original data,initially constructed a model of influencing factors of user satisfaction of Huawei mobile app store,and further use factor analysis.The quantitative research method validates the initially constructed model and establishes the final model.This research not only helps to provide better ideas for the construction of Huawei's own mobile application store,but also provides a reference for the development of mobile application stores in the industry,thereby optimizing user experience and improving user satisfaction.It has positive practical significance.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter includes the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods,innovation points,etc.The second chapter includes the current status of domestic and foreign research,theoretical basis and related topics.The literature research method is used to briefly review the research status and user utilization of mobile app stores at home and abroad.The third chapter is one of the core chapters of this paper.The research content is the construction of Huawei mobile app store user satisfaction influencing factor model.The author uses open questionnaires and in-depth interviews to conduct user surveys,and uses grounded theory to code,extract and summarize the collected data for building a model of Huawei mobile app store user satisfaction influencing factor.The fourth chapter is also one of the core chapters.The research content is an empirical study of the influencing factor model of user satisfaction of Huawei mobile app store.Through the quantitative analysis of factor analysis,the model of Chapter 3 is constructed.The four dimensions of user security and a total of 20 influencing factors included in each dimension are analyzed and verified,and the research results determine the rationality and scientificity of the model.The research content of the fifth chapter is the strategies for improving the user satisfaction of the Huawei mobile app store.Based on the Huawei mobile phone user satisfaction influencing factor model,the author puts forward suggestions and inspirations for Huawei app store service.The sixth part is the research conclusions and prospects. |
