For all enterprises,human resource performance management is an important factor affecting the development of enterprises.Through performance management,enterprises can make better use of existing human resources to maximize the value of employees and optimize the development of enterprises.However,in the current practice of human resource management,many enterprises still adopt the traditional performance management method,which is very inefficient in the collection,evaluation and utilization of employee performance data.This causes many problems such as the waste of human resources,the incorrect training and promotion of employees,and the inconsistency between the performance goals of the department and the development goals of the enterprise.Under such a realistic background,a software system that can help enterprises better conduct performance management and realize the optimization of human resources will undoubtedly be widely welcomed by enterprises.This project is carried out in such a background,through the help of information technology and data analysis technology to complete the human resource management system(SaaS HR).SaaS HR developed by the project can not only collect employee performance data from more dimensions,but also provide strong support for enterprise human resource management through analysis and feedback of employee performance data from more dimensions.On the one hand,it aims to help enterprises to achieve the optimal use of human resources;On the other hand,it aims to help employees realize the best development of their personal career.This paper takes SaaS HR as a case to write the corresponding business plan.The business plan first introduces the basic situation,development reasons and advantages of the project.Then it analyzes the market competition and its own competitive advantage,and discusses the market possibility of project execution.Then,from the perspective of market positioning and marketing strategy,the paper provides the corresponding implementation plan for the development of the project,helping the project to achieve better growth in the excellent market environment.Finally,the paper analyzes the project from the perspective of finance and risk,and explains the high-quality return on capital that the project can bring and the risks that need to be dealt with,which provides support for the specific development of the project.It can be seen from the analysis of the article that the project not only has a good market prospect,but also has a strong competitiveness.In the process of carrying out the project,it can also bring good financial returns to the project developers and investors.From the perspective of execution,the project development,target customer selection and product marketing and management plan are very clear.Overall,the project is a very high quality project.
