The Research On Schedule Management Of A MES Software Development Project Based On Agile Process

As the information technology is gradually penetrated into all walks of life,the using field of information system application is increasingly extensive and in-depth and the software products are also increasingly large and complex.At the same time,as the accelerating changing of the enterprise business,the development of software has become more and more difficult.The out of control of customer demand,the extension of software development time schedule,the no guarantee of product quality has become the common problem of the software development project.There are three main problems in DIET's project management of MES software development.Firstly,project requirements is not clear which lead to the final product can't meet the needs of the customer.The project scope is not clear,which make the developer can't confirm the range of there working.Project schedule is not accurate,which lead to the delay of the project and the extra cost for labor.To solve these problems,this paper introduces the ideas of the agile project management model.The article constructed a suitable agile project management scheme and analyzed the main point of agile software development management.And then put forward the hierarchical schedule management scheme for agile project management.This paper has drawn lessons from the existing research results at home and abroad,and summarized the related management experience.Aimed at the practical problems of the DIET company's MES software development project management,this paper combine the relevant theoretical knowledge and methods into the project schedule management and put forward a suitable MES software development project implementation plan for DIET company,which ensure that the project can meet the business requirements and implement project objectives as planned.
