Research On S Project Schedule Management Based On Agile Development

In order to adapt to the changing needs of frequent changes,S company's B project managers to choose to use of agile development to carry out project management.With the use of agile development of S project in project schedule control,schedule management method of some traditional failure in agile development projects,leading to the S project schedule control ratio reached 78%.In order to effectively improve the project status,increase the success rate of the project,the project manager to set up a agile coach B company and S project management to set up a research team based schedule management method attempts to study a suitable S project in agile development,thus helping to reduce S project schedule control the proportion,increase the success rate of the project.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The use of Delphi method to find out main reasons causing the S project out of control,which are "not according to the demand and the change range of workload estimation and" effective "cannot effectively distributed task allocation".2.In view of the problem that cannot be used to effectively estimate the requirements and scope changes,this paper attempts to establish a set of workload model which is applicable to the S project.First use the principal component analysis to identify the factors that affect the maximum workload of S project,and then through the mathematical method to establish the workload estimation model,and in the actual project to verify.3.According to the problem “cannot be effectively carried out off-site task allocation”,the traditional method of the multi level task priorities,combined with project development team in various areas of the advantages of remote task allocation method is used to build the S project.The thought of using the project schedule management in the agile software development project,combined with the statistical methods used to build S project schedule management workload and task assignment model,making schedule management more systematic in the S project.And help reduce the S project schedule out of control,improve the success rate of the project.At the same time,it makes up the blank of progress management in agile development,and has practical significance to improve the efficiency of agile development project.Help and promote the implementation of agile development.
