In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,the emergence and development of new media such as Internet TV,mobile TV,micro-blog and We Chat gradually erode the living space of traditional media,and municipal radio and television stations face national and provincial broadcasting Television and other aspects of the pressure channel.Under the background of comprehensively deepening reform and promoting industrial transformation,local municipal radio and television media should adapt to the new normalization of economic development,focus on market positioning and strategic transformation and upgrading,integrate cross-media resources,actively connect new media and integrate Internet trends.Continue to introduce new,take the initiative to win status.In this paper,under the "Internet +" environment,taking the new media and new media means as the starting point,and taking the strategic transformation theory as the analysis basis,the paper explores the development strategy and transformation strategy of the prefecture-level radio and TV stations,which has strong practical significance and value innovation.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and development dilemma of the broadcasting station in J City,this paper puts forward the feasibility,necessity and urgency of the strategic transformation of the new media,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the new media in line with its own characteristics and Development of strategic thinking and transformation of strategic initiatives,which will J City and other prefecture-level city to find out the development of traditional media,a new strategic transformation of the road.
