With the rapid development of related communication technologies such as integrated circuits,the frequency requirements of various electronic devices for signal clocks that need to be equipped continue to increase.Accompanied by the wide application and rapid increase of high-speed circuits,high-speed devices and high-speed chips have emerged.In the design of high-frequency digital circuit systems,the requirements for clock frequency are getting higher and higher.In particular,more ultra-large-scale integrated circuits are more invested in the design of circuit systems,and the scale of integration of devices and chips that need to be implemented continues to expand.The number of pins is high,and the required volume is getting smaller and smaller,which makes the overall power consumption of the circuit continue to increase rapidly,and the supply voltage shows a trend of lower and lower.The problem of signal integrity and power integrity is becoming more and more prominent,which is also an important and critical problem to be solved in high-speed circuit design.The so-called signal integrity problem refers to that the signal transmission in the circuit is coordinated with the load IC with a certain time sequence,voltage amplitude.If the normal response of the signal shows a problem during the period,the integrity of the whole will be destroyed.Therefore,how to solve the problem of signal integrity and improve the efficiency of design and development has become a major challenge for today's high-speed PCB design but traditional design methods cannot achieve a high success rate of primary design.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out SI simulation aided optimization design based on EDA software to solve this problem.This subject mainly studies the signal integrity of high-speed circuit board,and introduces the signal integrity analysis and power supply integrity analysis and design process using Allegro PCB SI/PI in EDA Cadence.First of all,this paper expounds the concept of signal integrity,and links the research status at home and abroad to clarify the background of the research design and the significance of the research,and briefly explains the content of the research,chapter design and innovation.Secondly,this paper introduces the signal integrity problems caused by the transmission of high-speed signals in chips and PCB and the reasons for the destruction of signal integrity.From the theoretical point of view,by demonstrating the importance of signal integrity to analyze and demonstrate the characteristics of high-speed signals transmitted in the circuit.Then,it analyzes the software-related functional conditions and application effects,clarifies the design implementation schemes related to high-speed circuit boards,and better completes high-speed signal-related integrity simulations by means of software,and conduct specific quantitative studies using corresponding data information such as waveforms obtained by measurement.This paper mainly studies the basic theories and solutions of common signal integrity problems such as reflection,crosstalk and time sequence,etc.,and uses the related component tools of Cadence Allegro software to conduct SI simulation and analysis on the designed high-speed system instance,so as to verify the correctness of common SI problem solutions.Finally,the signal integrity problems such as reflection,crosstalk and ringing involved in high-speed PCB design are discussed.The simulation tools related to clock signal are developed by using the corresponding simulation tools developed by Cadence,and the simulation results are obtained according to the comparison before and after the wiring.The most efficient constraints are convenient for better high-speed PCB layout optimization,ensuring the signal integrity of the overall high-speed circuit implementation,and applying it to engineering practice in the case of high-quality high-speed PCB design.By adjusting and controlling the corresponding high-speed signal lines in the circuit board,the adverse effects of various factors on signal integrity are eliminated,and the best output signal effect is obtained.The research and analysis work realized in this paper can be used as a reference for high-speed PCB design research related to subsequent signal integrity.The optimization analysis scheme used in this paper is of great significance for improving design efficiency,speeding up development completion and reducing product investment.Not only can it play a high social value,but it can also achieve better practical results.
