The rapid development of media technology has brought the corresponding changes of media form and media ecology.Enterprises that have been symbiotic with the media,making full use of the opportunity brought by the development of new media technology,started to get rid of the third-party professional media and founded the enterprise we media matrix,in an attempt to establish direct contact with the audience,and the trend of enterprises becoming media is obvious.However,when the development of enterprise we-media is in full swing,some problems have arisen in its dissemination.To this,this paper takes the enterprise we-media founded by non-information-service companies as the research object.Based on social reality,using the theory of media development,media ecology,etc,and through literature research,case analysis and other research methods,this paper discusses the background,the manifestation and its influence of enterprise we-media's transmission problems,analyses the problems' driving forces,and put forward the corresponding suggestion to solve the problems.Enterprise we-media is a brand new communication subject with corporate characteristic,which relies on itself corporate brand and is commercialized deeper than professional media.With the help of self-built and third-parties-built communication platforms,enterprise we-media disseminates content centered by enterprises and with a diversified trend,has diversified communication function for the purpose of marketing,and in the propagation code of spreading from their own as the center information nodes to the surrounding information nodes platforms.Due to its own communication characteristics,enterprise we media have certain communication influence,and communication problems take advantage of this influence to play a destructive role on individuals,enterprises and the whole industry.In the new media ecosystem,the overall control of communication has weakened,and the supervision of enterprise we-media communication is limited,which provides space for the breeding of enterprise we-media problems.More importantly,the overall media literacy level of enterprise we-media is not high,and enterprise we-media excessively pursue profits under the business logic.There is easy to emerge problems such as false information,the vulgar content.Therefore,enterprises we-media need to improve their media literacy,practice professionalism in the direction of public communication,take the initiative to assume social responsibilities,and balance economic and social interests.In addition,external forces such as the government,industry associations,we-media platforms and audiences are required to play a supervisory role.
