As a valuable medicine,blood plays a vital role in saving patients.With the development of modern medical treatment,the safety of blood in storage and transportation is being paid more and more attention to.If the blood is not handled properly in the process of storage and transportation,its quality will be easily damaged,so that it cannot be used to treat patients.The transportation method of blood is cold chain transportation,which is very sensitive to the environment.Therefore,in order to transport blood more safely,it is necessary to monitor the transportation environment in the vehicle in real time.There are many deficiencies in the current monitoring system for blood cold chain transportation,so it is of great significance for researchers to solve the safety problem of blood cold chain transportation by combining electronic information technology.In this thesis,in order to solve the safety problem in blood cold chain transportation,a remote environment monitoring system for blood cold chain transportation is designed by using the ZigBee wireless network,Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT),GPS/BDS dual-module positioning and other technologies through the comprehensive analysis on domestic and overseas status of blood cold chain transportation.This system can,via the ZigBee network,collect internal environment data in the vehicle in real time and send it to the STM32 micro-controller which further encapsulates data.The STM32 micro-controller is connected to the NB-IoT communication module and GPS/BDS dual positioning module,and the GPS/BDS dual positioning module is used to acquire the location data of the vehicle.In terms of internal environment data collection,the design of collection nodes based on the CC2530 chip is completed,mainly including the design of the core circuits and peripheral circuits of the CC2530 chip,and involving the design of ZigBee networking for multiple collection nodes.In terms of data receiving,processing and remote sending,the design of peripheral circuits based on the STM32 micro-controller is completed,mainly including the design of peripheral circuits for the GPS/BDS module,NB-IoT module and coordinator.In terms of background monitoring,the software of background monitoring center is designed and implemented on PC by Qt development software and database system,and the APP is designed,used to view data on the mobile terminal.Finally,the system test was given.The system test shows that the data collection and transmission are stable and reliable,and the real-time performance is excellent,which is of great significance to the monitoring of transportation environment for blood cold chain.
