With the improvement of people's living standards,it is greatly promoted the development of China's food cold-chain logistics industry that the demand for refrigerated and frozen food is also increasing.But not the cold chain logistics of food.After the Shandong Province toxic vaccine incident in 2015,our country has paid more attention to the cold chain transportation of vaccines and other drugs and put forward higher requirements for cold chain logistics.At present,the research and development of cold chain logistics monitoring products is mainly concentrated on the vehicle end equipment.How to use the advanced information technology and computer technology to realize remote real-time monitoring of the cold chain transportation process is also an urgent problem to be solved.To this end,this thesis designs and implements the cold chain transportation management and remote monitoring system for the needs of third-party logistics companies(carriers)and client companies.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects.Through the analysis of the cold chain transportation business process,the functional requirements of the system are determined.On this basis,the overall functional design of the system is completed.The whole system consists of two parts: server data management and remote client.The server data management is mainly responsible for receiving data uploaded by the vehicle end device and saving it to the server database.The remote client mainly completes the functions of integrated information management,real-time monitoring and order management.Among them,comprehensive information management functions include user management,historical data query and refrigerated truck management.real-time monitoring includes temperature and humidity monitoring,latitude and longitude monitoring and alarm information query.order management includes order release,order viewing and order delivery.For the order delivery optimization problem,this thesis completes the order delivery with the shortest path of the least vehicle,establish a model of order delivery problem for the goal and design adaptive crossover probability genetic algorithm(GA),The adaptive crossover probability is used to effectively improve the convergence accuracy of the genetic algorithm and speed up the convergence,which reduces the running time of the algorithm.The simulation of the example verifies the effectiveness of the designed algorithm.Based on the C/S architecture,this thesis uses the MFC class library on the VS2015 platform to implement the cold chain transportation management and remote monitoring system.Implemented various functional modules of the system with the help of Alibaba Cloud Server,MySQL Database and Baidu Map.Combined with the existing vehicle-mounted equipment in the laboratory,the overall performance and various functions of the system were tested.The results show that the system is easy to operate and stable,and the expected design goals are achieved.
