Abstract/Summary:
The 5th Generation Mobile Communication System(5G)has entered the commercial stage.Compared with the 4G era,more abundant services such as 8K high-definition video,cloud games,and virtual reality have gradually been integrated into people's lives.However,behind people's experience of these rich services is the massive amount of data flowing.How to efficiently and accurately handle the huge amount of data is a big challenge for 5G system.How to find problems in the network in a timely manner and how to maintain the network is also a big problem.In order to solve this problem,the research and development of 5G terminal simulator came into being.Through 5G terminal simulator,communication base stations and networks can be tested and optimized.Relying on the key project of "Development and Application of 5G Terminal Simulator" set up by the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission,this thesis researches and implements the blind detection process of the physical layer downlink control channel of the 5G terminal simulator.The main content of the thesis is as follows:1.Research the physical layer of the 5G system,focusing on the downlink control channel,including the introduction of its basic concepts,the processing flows of data sending,and the overall design and system design architecture of the 5G terminal simulator.2.Research the blind detection process of the 5G system downlink control channel.Detailed analysis of the 5G system downlink control channel blind detection process,focusing on the blind detection algorithm in the blind detection process,introducing the exhaustive search blind detection algorithm and the blind detection algorithm based on power detection,which are widely used in engineering,and then this thesis proposes an improved algorithm based on exhaustive search blind detection,the improved algorithm reduces the number of blind detection and improves the efficiency of blind detection by reducing the aggregation level of unnecessary blind detection,and through the performance simulation comparison,combined with the actual needs of the 5G terminal simulator,an algorithm with good comprehensive performance is selected to design and implement the Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA).3.Based on the exhaustive search blind detection algorithm,FPGA design and function simulation of the blind detection process of the downlink control channel are carried out.The modular design concept and top-down design ideas are used to complete the design and implementation of each functional module of the blind detection process of the downlink control channel.And finally,use the Model Sim platform to perform functional simulation on each module of the blind detection process,and analyze the FPGA resource consumption of the entire blind detection module.The design scheme in this thesis provides a solution for the FPGA implementation of the blind detection process of the downlink control channel for 5G terminal simulator.The correctness and rationality of the scheme are verified through functional simulation test and resource consumption analysis.This thesis has certain reference value for such related research and development.
