The kiln body is the main body of all kinds of kiln operation,which is more common in oil fired internal heating rotary kiln,metallurgical rotary kiln,ceramic sand rotary kiln,cement rotary kiln and chemical rotary kiln.The main function of the kiln shell is to be used as the calcination place of materials.In order to prevent the loss of heat energy,some refractory and heat preservation materials are embedded in the kiln shell,among which refractory bricks are more common.Once all kinds of rotary kilns start to operate,they will not be shut down in the last resort.Therefore,the refractory brick inside the kiln shell will be in a high temperature environment for a long time,and the material responsible for fixing the refractory brick will lose its function slowly under the high temperature environment,which will cause the refractory brick to fall off,and then local abnormal high temperature will appear from the external surface of the kiln shell.If the abnormal high temperature appears in a large area at the key part of the kiln shell,it will cause the red kiln even collapse accident,bring serious economic loss to the enterprise,and pose a serious threat to the life safety of the enterprise employees.Therefore,it is very important to monitor the surface temperature of kiln in real time.Based on the infrared scanning temperature measurement equipment developed in the laboratory,this thesis designs and develops a set of real-time monitoring software for the kiln shell surface temperature.The software first obtains the information of the thermal radiation intensity on the kiln shell surface collected by the infrared scanning temperature measurement equipment,then converts it into the temperature information,and finally displays it in front of the operator.The software is mainly composed of four subsystems: data receiving subsystem,data analysis and processing subsystem,data display subsystem and data storage subsystem.In the design of data subsystem,data buffering technology is used to buffer the data to ensure the real-time data processing;in the design of data analysis and processing subsystem,the kiln shell is processed between zones,and then the temperature data of each zone is compared to get the highest temperature of each zone,and combined with the high-precision temperature sample point positioning algorithm,each zone will be the highest temperature value and its position information on the surface of the kiln shell are fed back to the user;when designing the data display subsystem,the two-dimensional thermal image of the kiln shell surface and the threedimensional model of the kiln shell are drawn by using Open GL,and the pseudo color mapping algorithm is designed to display the temperature information in a form more consistent with the human visual characteristics in front of the operator;when designing the data storage subsystem,it mainly realizes the storage of configuration data and historical data of the software.According to the feedback of the operators,the software can accurately obtain the temperature information of the kiln shell surface.Through the temperature information,the operators can judge whether the kiln shell operates safely,reduce the labor intensity of the operators and the operation cost of the kiln shell,and bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise.
