Base on colorimetry, a real-time measurement system for the high temperaturefield of the workpiece in furnace is presented. Infrared CCD imaging technology,digital image gathering and processing technology are used. This system not only canmeasure the temper of the workpiece, but also can judge whether the temperatueparameter is well or not.In this paper, the base of colorimetry and the infrared CCD imaging technologyare designed, and we made further investigation for the problems appeared inmeasurement and developed the theory and the technology of colorimetry.Base on the double paths of light, the configuration of the measurement systemfor the high temperature by colorimetry is introduced, the system gather the image byNICCD, and the near-infrared filter slice is used for filtering the disturbing ray. Theimage is advanced and the precision of the system is also advanced.For the sake of improving the precision, we discussed the processing of images,and the work flow of the software system is introduced according to the thinking ofthe software engineering.In the end, the source of the measurement error is discussed. In order to decreasethe measurement error, a revised method by data analysis is introduced.The measurement system for the high temperature field of the workpiece infurnace by colorimetry make the real-time measurement come true. The significanceis importment, It can optimizie the technics of production, advance the automatizationof the equipment.
