As a new temperature measurement technology, temperature field detectiontechnology has been widely applied to various areas of industrial and agriculturalproduction. This paper discuses the important significance of the acoustic temperature fieldmeasurement in the industrial and civil fields, briefly introduces the research of thetechnology at home and abroad, and describes the principle of acoustic temperature fieldmeasurement.In this paper, the cylindrical3D temperature field acoustic method reconstructionsoftware package which is used MATLAB software to produce, can achieve the cylindricalspace area3D temperature field reconstruction and indirect reconstruction. The softwarepackage can determine the size of the region of the cylindrical via radius and high that userinput. It provides Sensor model which include three numbers of sensors12,16and24andthree sensors layouts of24sensors; can choose three effective path selection method whichinclude removing the path between the sensors of the same bus, removing the path betweenthe oblique sensors, and removal of the path between the adjacent sensor; can select the610pixels,850pixels,1130pixels and other pixels division, and can display the image ofthe reconstruction of3D temperature field.The acoustic temperature measurement principle and some typical temperature fieldreconstruction algorithm are brief introduced. In this paper, a cylindrical3D temperaturefield acoustic method reconstruction software package are used, index SVD algorithm areadopted, this article do some simulation studies on symmetry one-peak model field model,bias two-peak model field, symmetry two-peak model field, symmetry four-peak modelfield. In addition, this paper summarizes the affect of the number and location of thesensor,the effective path selection method, the number of pixels, the shape parameters ofthe radial basis function, filtering parameter of the regularization, and the peak position ofthe one-peak model field mode to the reconstruction accuracy. And the error analysis ofthe temperature field of reconstruction and slices exhibit are given. For the3D temperature field of the cylindrical space area, this paper do a comparativeanalysis of the direct3D temperature field reconstruction and the indirect3D temperaturefield reconstruction on the condition without noise, the three cases are all given thecorresponding error analysis and the slices pictures. And verify the superiority of the direct3D reconstruction techniques.
