With the development of economy,rotary kilns are extensively used to building materials,chemical industry,metallurgy,environmental protection,and play a more and more important roles in this areas,and become the core equipment of this factory.The technical parameters and operation of rotary kiln are directly related to the yield,quality and production cost.As the surface temperature of the kiln can reflect the condition of kiln timely,objectively,comprehensively and accurately,so by monitoring the surface temperature of kiln,we can know the condition of kiln in time,prevent the occurrence of kiln failure,and ensure the safe and economic operation of rotary kiln.This thesis,supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.61671094)and the industry-university cooperation project of Design and implementation of rotary kiln surface temperature monitoring system based on infrared radiation development,designs and implements the software of the temperature monitoring system.Eight parts are included in the software,which are data collecting,data parsing,pseudo-color processing algorithm,scanning points locating method,temperature compensation algorithm,2D/3D view,database design and historical data analysis.Aiming at the large error in the existing rotary kiln locating method,this thesis changed the existing equal-interval locating to unequal-interval locating to raise the accuracy of the scanning points of rotary locating.Due to the accuracy of infrared temperature measurement is affected by distance,the temperature compensation algorithm which is based on the distance is proposed by this thesis.A database is designed to store the historic temperature data at given periodic,and the historic temperature data can be shown to the user at any time.According to the requirements of the users,the local enlarged of the thermography is designed to get the information of the refractory materialDesign and implementation of rotary kiln surface temperature monitoring software based on infrared radiation development designed by this paper,which has been widely applied to cement production lines.The application shows the software is full-featured and stable,and the temperature measurement and scanning points locating are accurately.
