During many high temperature industrial productions, such as metallurgical industry, petrochemical industry, power industry, etc., the temperature measurement is very important. To measure temperature of the furnace accurately, which can play a good role in safety, fault detection and energy conservation. As the very poor environmental conditions in high temperature furnace, it is difficult to measure the temperature real-time, accurately, conveniently and effectively.With the development of optoelectronic technology, digital image processing technology and computer technology, the technology of infrared thermal imaging detection was widely used in various fields including industrial fields. For the unique advantages of the temperature measurement technology of using CCD image sensor base on the irradiance characteristic of the high temperature objects, it becomes a focus of research of high temperature measurement. Infrared temperature measurement system is based on the ratio of color blackbody radiation and infrared radiation, the relevant law of the principle of using near-infrared CCD imaging technology industry and the implementation of digital image acquisition and processing technology to the furnace to heat the work piece surface temperature distribution in real time, clear, accurate temperature monitoring system. The system can accurately reflect the furnace temperature distribution, and reflect the furnace temperature distribution quickly and clearly. Meanwhile, calorimetric temperature measurement system can provide a large number of temperature parameters, such as temperature data, temperature curves, etc., which play a good role in grasping the trend of the furnace temperature. In addition, calorimetric temperature measurement system can give related control signal according to change of temperature.Paper introduced the development trend of infrared temperature measurement system and its research status at home and abroad, and then introduced the system structure of calorimetric temperature measurement system on this basis.Discusses the color temperature measurement system than the composition, device selection and wavelength selection method, system uses NICCD acquiring the radiation images, the work in the NICCD band infrared filter to filter the interference of light, greatly enhanced by access to the furnace parts Radiation image quality, improve the temperature measurement accuracy and sensitivity of the system. Meanwhile, introduced related infrared radiation laws which the infrared temperature measurement system was based on, and deduced the law of calorimetric temperature measurement.In order to reduce errors of the calorimetric temperature measurement system, the paper analyzes the source of the errors firstly, introduced the types of errors, then discussed error handling packages under different situations in detail, Finally, the correction method of basing on Origin software and the impact of radiation on the background was proposed which improve the accuracy of temperature measurement.
