In this paper, the working condition of a rotating kiln and the temperature distribution inside and outside rotating kiln is analyzed. On the base of the analysis, the significance, necessary and function the temperature inspection of the rotating kiln is brought forward, and the status quo home and broad of the superficial temperature on-line inspection of the rotating kiln is researched. On the base of the research, the function and principle of the superficial temperature on-line inspection of the many paralleled rotating kiln is designed, and the software and hardware of the intelligent control of the scanner is researched, and the change rule fuzzy control theory and technique is brought forward and put in practice. In order to improve the inspecting precision and reliability of the system, many ways to dispose the temperature data are researched. By the experiment, the precision of the system control and inspection is textually researched and analyzed. The result shows that the control way and technique makes lie system to stably track, exactly orientate, effectively give an alarm and flexibly adjust. |
