In recent years,the rise of the concept of intelligent manufacturing in the world has made enterprises have increasingly high requirements on the use and management of production equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the problems of slow data transmission and update rate,unstable transmission and difficult operation of local servers in the current industrial automatic production line.Aiming at the above problems,PLC,Node-red,MQTT and edge computing technologies have been used to design and complete the production line monitoring platform for the IIo T on the cloud server.Specifically,the key technologies such as PLC data acquisition and gateway data transmission were elaborated in detail at first,and the station structure of the small industry 4.0 production line was designed.The equipment and equipment were used as the docking point to form the industrial network,which realized decentralization to a certain extent and completed the monitoring of remote industrial production lines by the cloud server.Secondly,the basic principles of Siemens S7-300 series PLC and MES system were mainly introduced,the FB block VDCA was designed in PLC for real-time communication with MES,and the real-time communication between the upper computer and lower computer was realized through the Enternet communication protocol.The system reduces the design of the intermediate hardware,improved the data stability,operability and versatility in the communication process,and was suitable for the automatic production line with diverse processes.Then,using the data of the operation process of the equipment in the discrete industrial production line,the edge computing ability was used to process and analyze the data,and an equipment performance fault diagnosis method based on the edge computing was proposed,which combined the steady-state modeling of equipment degradation fault data and Kalman filtering.By comparing the measured data with the estimated value of the model,the fitting degree was high,which could realize the predictive diagnosis of the fault.Finally,each functional module of the production line monitoring system was designed in detail,and practically applied in the small industry 4.0 production line.Figure 31;Table 7;Reference 55...
