With the development of science and technology, the level of intelligence, automation, intelligent, integration of modern engineering machinery is constantly increased, Advanced computer technology, network technology, data mining techniques and diagnostic techniques used in engineering machinery, machinery to bring great convenience in the construction process. But because of the harsh environment of their work, their work mechanism of complex and diverse, can easily lead to sudden failure, breakdown maintenance and experience existing service can not be fast mechanical fault diagnosis and repair, seriously affect the construction schedule, a huge economic losses, so remote fault diagnosis for the mechanical engineering is of great practical significance in the diagnosis, especially in networking architecture of mechanical engineering of remote intelligent fault diagnosis, which will break through the bottleneck existing in the development of engineering machinery and bring new development prospects to the whole construction machinery.In the engineering machinery remote fault intelligent diagnosis system based on the Internet, the data acquisition terminal has been not just a simple data collector, which migrates expert systems to intelligent terminal. And then the collected data in the terminal to do some data processing could reduce data transmission meanwhile the pressure on the server. Through hierarchical information processing, the data acquisition terminal makes each link combine its own advantage with assisting other areas, in order to improve the overall performance greatly. A set of remote fault diagnosis device was built up using dual processor architecture in the intelligent terminal, in which a processor used the core of control of acquisition system control; another processor used the core of control of intelligent diagnosis system. Collect system and intelligent processing were separated in a set of remote fault diagnosis device, which strengthen the core ability of the system and make the system more perfect. This paper funding for engineering machinery remote fault diagnosis of IOT application basic research "(2012021014-3) in Shanxi Province Youth Science Foundation studied the establishment and optimization of the engineering machinery remote intelligent fault diagnosis of intelligent terminal.In this paper, a bit of work was studied focused on the intelligent diagnostic terminal:1. Build hardware platform. Based on the three layer system architecture and the actual needs of remote fault diagnosis, the hardware platform of dual core fault diagnosis was built, which is the core of the intelligent acquisition system and the intelligent processing system;2. Software design. The application software system of Linux is designed, which has the function of user interface, network programming, system programming, system call, data acquisition and data processing;3. Algorithm research. Put forward a new compression algorithm-- Double coordinate with fast adjustable algorithm, to engineering machinery acquired redundant data compression processing;4. Secure transmission. Secure transmission of VPN security data by transplanting virtual private network.
