As the upgrading of industrial equipment,various oil detection equipment emerges in an endless stream,and the variety and quantity are increasing.This makes the petroleum manufacturing industry increasingly demand for the safety,reliability and stability of equipment.It is urgent to realize economic,efficient and practical equipment supervision mode.With comprehensive awareness and intelligent processing as the core,Industrial IoT technology has the ability to provide a very promising remote monitoring scheme for oil detection equipment.According to the particularity of equipment work and environment,it not only needs to replace the traditional manual monitoring to realize the basic function of remote monitoring,but also needs to upgrade the technology of each link in the process.Therefore,the problems of single function,closed data collection,low safety and reliability of transmission performance,lack of data analysis and the like of the existing monitoring system are solvedAfter in-depth research on the operation's principle of the dusty equipment,this thesis will study the engine oil apparent viscosity detector in petroleum testing equipment and focus on the monitoring function requirements of equipment,and proposes the design scheme of the industrial equipment remote monitoring system based on the Internet of Things after analyzing and comparing the existing IoT system architecture.Various wireless sensors are arranged at key monitoring points to collect corresponding data,as well as to set up the data service background of the system core,define multi-functional servers and construct the optimal database mode,which effectively solves the problem of parameter collection and classification collection processing of different equipment.As a result,it effectively solves the parameter collection and classification aggregation processing of different devices.According to the requirements of reliable and safetransmission in the process,the Socket two-layer transmission framework based on TCP with high concurrency and high performance is designed.Unsymmetrical encryption(RSA)and data integrity check are introduced to design a transmission protocol with both reliability and security.In addition,the data analysis methods of distribution fitting test and regression analysis are employed to established the regression equation,which realizes the diagnostic alarm for equipment abnormality,as well as the diagnostic fusion algorithm.On this basis,the remote monitoring APP is designed to access the database to realize real-time information and historical information viewing of the device and device management.Throughout verification,a set of systems integrating data collection,secure transmission,classification and collection processing,remote monitoring and management,data analysis and abnormal alarms are realized.
