Internet of Things is considered as expansion of the Internet. It extends clients togoods and goods, they exchange information and communicate between each other.As the Internet of Things technology increasing and the application of innovation,Internet of Things technology get more and more occupation in the field of life andIndustry. In this paper, Internet of Things technology are used in control of industrialequipments. The equipments are joined into wireless network with ZigBee to beidentified, managed and controlled.This paper focuses on the design of communication interface and getaway in theNetwork Equipment Monitoring System. And it presents a diagnosis method forwireless networks.Based on the status of domestic and foreign industrial monitoring, the developmentof wireless sensor network diagnosis, combined with the system requirements, wedesign the framework and architecture of overall system. And then we design theinterface between various system modules, making the serial ports, ZigBee, Wi-Fi andEthernet communications technology combination. Also we implement a gateway whohas a data analysis capabilities to maintain the communication among the other functionmodules. By analyzing the characteristics of the wireless network failure, We designand implement a diagnosis method for wireless network. This method adopt a passivemethod to collect network data, using BP network to classify the data features, capturenetwork exception. Finally, test and test data from functional and performance of thesystem described was given.
