Research On Experience And Enlightenment Of NARA's Data Resource Integration And Sharing

In the management of digital archives,the United States places a special emphasis on cooperation and sharing.Nowadays,there are three kinds of cooperation:government and enterprise,government and government,and government and people.Among them,the mode of cooperation between governments contains the flat level,supervisor as well as international cooperation and sharing,it strengthen the communication between the government and organization.The mode of cooperation between the government and enterprises is to seek the common interests.They can share resources with each other,learn from each other and achieve win-win results.The ability to integrate and share digital archives in the United States has been in the forefront of the developed countries,the mode of development and technical methods are worth exploring and learning.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,systematic research,comparative research and case analysis to conduct a special study on the experience of archival data resource integration and sharing of the us national archives and archives administration.By induction and combing,the author found that the experience of data resource integration and sharing in the national archives and documents administration is mainly reflected in the following aspects.First of all,the implementation plan will be specific,and the strategic plans should in many different aspects.The relevant policy planning of "open government","national strategy","information resource management and freedom of information act","annual performance plan and report",it summarizes the specific implementation plans of "platform data integration and sharing technology","online database retrieval" and "performance evaluation".In the implementation file data resources integration and sharing,the organization will make the implementation path clear and the development advantage more obvious.Then,based on the public demand,to establish modern database.NARA uses social media and data collections for exhibitions,the public joined the database construction through on-site experience and online sharing to measure the degree of public satisfaction with the user demand oriented.The combination of modern tools and new service,strengthen the function of a variety of user demand service in the database platform.Finally,cooperate with various groups,and guarantee the quantity and quality of archive resources.By working with a variety of groups to build basic data sets,including different administrative agencies and the private sector,the 2018-2022 strategic plan pointed out,it will gradually enhance the application interface of NARA,to increase the scope of public access to archive data resources.By cooperating with different agencies,NARA can increase the number and types of archival data resources accessible by the public,so as to further explore the exploitable value of archival data resources.The stone from another mountain can attack the jade.The typical experience of archival data resource integration and sharing of NARA can provide useful reference for the author's archival data resource integration and sharing.In order to improve the ability and level of resource integration and sharing of archival data in China,in addition to learning from foreign advanced experience,we also need to strengthen our own work from the following aspects: First of all,to build the archives management of data resources integration and sharing system;Second,to speed up the file data resources integration and sharing platform construction;Finally,to formulate archive data resources integration and sharing system of performance evaluation.
