Research On Electronic Records Receiving Strategy For All Levels Of National General Archives

With the rapid development of e-government and office automation, the number of electronic records are born. How to receive these digital records is a challenge for all levels of national general archives. This paper applys the bibliographical metrology to analyze the electronic records receiving, and then try to study electronic records receiving strategy.
