As the information technology is developing rapidly and with the widely application of Internet, informatization brings opportunities for the archival undertaking,and also challenges. The Public demands to archival information are growing day by day, especially with the work of governmental information disclosure goes on. Now for scholars in archival academia and the related departments in the face of such development trend, an important challenge in going forward is to better make Archival Information Resources to share within the range of possibilities. This paper research on the subject of archival information resources sharing (AIRS) both in technology level and management level. Technical schemes and management strategies of AIRS are proposed on the basis of the practical experiences. In technology level, a set of systematic building schemes are provided on the archival information resources data base (AIRD) building and archives application system (AAS) development. AIRD and AAS are the very foundations on which we go to share archival information in whole society. AIRS system is also proposed through the combination of the Web Service technology and Internet. In management level, this paper mainly focus on AIRD building strategies in several fields, mostly including: policies and regulations, practical application, talent pool. Those technologies and building strategies can be useful for other scholars and researchers to promote the work of archival information resources sharing, and really hope those propose have a positive impact on archival informatization.
