Research On The Countermeasure Of Implementing Sharing Development Idea In Archives

On October 26,2015,the concept of sharing development was first put forward.The concept of sharing development is an important way to solve the imbalance of development and promote resource sharing.The implementation of the concept of sharing development in archives is conducive to promote the publicity of government information and the sharing of archives resources.Based on the connotation of the concept of sharing development,starting from the current situation of the practice of the concept of sharing development in archives,this paper makes a serious study about the achievements and problems of the archives in promoting the development of archives sharing,and puts forward the basic countermeasures of the concept of sharing development in Archives from four aspects: sharing consciousness,system and organization construction,resource sharing and platform construction.Firstly,through reading domestic and foreign literature,this paper analyses and summarizes the shortcomings of the current archives in the practice of the concept of sharing development,and determines the direction of this study.Secondly,on the basis of investigation on Hunan archives,Zhejiang archives and Fujian archives,this paper understands the basic status of China's archives in practicing the concept of sharing development,makes a brief summary of their achievements,and does a brief analysis of the problems and causes of the current archives in practicing the concept of sharing development in order to solve the problems.It lays a foundation for the archives to practice the concept of sharing development.Finally,through propaganda and training,establishment of rules and regulations,resource integration and platform construction,this paper puts forward the basic countermeasures for archives to practice the concept of sharing development.The author holds that the awareness and abilities of archives staffs should be enhanced by strengthening the propaganda and training of archives sharing work,the organizational management level of archives in the process of practicing the concept of sharing development should be strengthened through the establishment of rules and regulations,the material basis of archives resources sharing should be further consolidated through resource integration,and the forms of archives resources sharing should be enriched through technology-driven to build a complete platform for sharing archives resources.
