Research On Intellectual Property Information Service Of University Library

With the in-depth development of the knowledge-based economy and society,the technology is being updated more and more rapidly.In the context of economic globalization,the competition between intellectual property rights and technological innovation between countries is also becoming increasingly fierce.Intellectual property rights are bound to become important strategic resources for the country,and society 's demand for intellectual property information services is becoming more and more urgent.As a professional information service organization,libraries have become the general trend to carry out intellectual property information services.Therefore,the construction of intellectual property information centers in college libraries meets the needs of today's society and the country's strategic development.This article uses 102 university libraries with science and technology search stations of the Ministry of Education as a sample to study the intellectual property information service of university libraries.The management system,department setting,and staffing of the 102 university libraries with science and technology search stations of the Ministry of Education Research and analysis in five aspects,cooperation model and service content.Through investigating the current situation of intellectual property information services in 102 university libraries,summarizing the problems,summarizing the characteristics,and putting forward countermeasures and specific measures for the problems of intellectual property information services in university libraries.The article starts from a dual perspective of theory and practice,and mainly starts from five parts.The first part explains the background and purpose of the research from a theoretical perspective,and sorts out the current research status and research ideas and methods at home and abroad.Part is to define the related connotation concepts(such as the concept of intellectual property information service,the concept of intellectual property information service in universities)and explore the necessity and feasibility of developing intellectual property information services in university libraries.The third part starts with practice and analyzes the current situation of the development of intellectual property information services in college libraries.This area contains five main aspects(systems,departments)of intellectual property information services in 102 college libraries.,Personnel,cooperation,content)to conduct network surveys and summarize them in the form of tables,analyze the content,methods and characteristics of intellectual property information services in university libraries,and summarize the overall steady development of intellectual property information services in Chinese university libraries.Explore actively and diversified service content and models.The fourth part is to discuss the steady development of intellectual property information services in university libraries.There are also incomplete management systems,incomplete department settings,insufficient professional staffing,single cooperation models,fewer service content and methods,and lack of deep-level services.problem.The fifth part is to propose five major strategies to promote the development of intellectual property information services in university libraries,including improving the management system,establishing and improving departmental settings,enhancing the training of intellectual property professionals,strengthening the coordinated development of industry,university,research,and government,and constructing diverse service content.
