With the development of society,people's demand for logistics industry is higher and higher.As a key part of logistics supply chain,warehouse management plays an irreplaceable role in the efficient operation of logistics enterprises.But at present,the informationization degree of most domestic logistics enterprises is not high,and the operation mode is still in the manual stage.There are many problems in the enterprises,such as low efficiency of warehouse management,high cost of manpower,difficulty in real-time updating of data,high risk of data error and so on.In addition,the existing warehouse management system has some problems,such as insufficient system capacity,poor scalability,and does not provide a complete solution of data collection and task decision-making scheme,so it is difficult to cope with the increasing scale of warehouse management in the world.This paper starts with the problems existing in the above domestic enterprises,designs and implements a warehouse management system based on RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology and distributed architecture,which includes three subsystems: warehouse management subsystem,RFID middleware subsystem and decision platform subsystem.This paper carries on the requirement analysis and architecture design of each subsystem,and develops the system on this basis.As the main system,the warehouse management subsystem is mainly responsible for the related business of warehouse management.Based on RFID technology,this paper optimizes the business process including outbound,inbound and inventory,designs and implements the functional modules including system management module,basic information management module,inventory management module,inbound management module and outbound management module.RFID middleware subsystem is mainly used for the collection,processing and upload of tag data.Based on ALE(Application Level Event)standard,this paper designs data processing service module and data access service module,which simplifies the implementation logic,and designs the interface of middleware.The decision platform subsystem is mainly used for efficient decision-making of warehouse tasks.Based on the master-slave architecture pattern,this paper designs Master and Slave nodes,sorts out the business processes of the platform,and defines the message transfer format.The whole system is developed on Java EE platform,using B/S and C/S development architecture,combined with Web Service,Jquery,HTML,JS,My SQL and other technologies.Using Docker,Kubernetes and other technologies,the system can realize the containerization of system services and distributed deployment management,and realize the Saa S of the system with the idea of cloud.The system creatively uses the distributed architecture to organically unify the three parts of warehouse management,data collection and task decision-making,and combines RFID and cloud services to improve the integrity and expansibility of the system,enhance the processing performance of the system,reduce the operation and maintenance costs of the enterprise,and significantly improve the efficiency of warehouse management,which is of great significance to the informatization and intelligence of logistics enterprises.
