IoT(Internet of Things) middleware is a kind of middleware that implements datatransmission, filtering and data format conversion between the underlying hardware andapplication systems. It is integrated on the server side of things and the embedded devices ofperception layer or network layer. Currently, the research of IoT middleware focused on RFIDmiddleware technology. With the development of Internet of Things technology, intelligentstorage utilize RFID, sensors, wireless and other Internet of Things technologies, greatlyaccelerate the turnover of materials, to achieve the dynamic and precision management of thestorage of materials from storage, transfer library, inventory to the delivery of cargo fromstorage, thus timely understanding the type, quantity, condition, location of the storagemeterails, which accurately grasp the comprehensive information storage materials.In this paper, on the background of the project of "Internet of Things technologyapplication demonstration in the management of the entire supply chain" from South ChinaUnivercity of Technology, besed on the RFID Router, combined with sensor technology,RFID positioning technology for intelligent warehouse scenarios, we research IoTmiddleware’s application scenarios in intelligent storage, and research, implement the keytechnology. The main contents are as follows:(1) Study the Low Level Reader Protocol for RFID technology, designs and implementsthe protocol according to the protocol specification, and integrate with the original ReaderProtocol of RFID middleware, which solving the problem of heterogeneous adapter supportsfor LLRP protocol RFID device.(2) Research the integration and data fusion of heterogeneous sensor devices and RFIDdevices, we propose a a RFID device and sensing equipment integration and data fusionmethods to make the underlying differences in the upper application shielding devices forRFID equipment and various types of sensing devices for unified management and control.(3) In response to the phemonmenon of cross read when storage of goods, designed aanti-cross read module which includes three data filtering algorithm, according to the actualneeds, it can choose a different efficient algorithm for anti-read data processing to achievecorresponding efficiency requirements. (4) Research of the RFID positioning technology for intelligent warehouse, based on theRFID middleware, we designed and implemented an RFID positioning middleware to realizethe warehousing of goods location management.This paper provides new ideas and methods reference for the framework design in IoTmiddleware for intelligent warehouse, and development and deployment of new methods andnew ideas.
