The production management system has been integrated into all aspects of industrial production.The construction of an excellent production management system has become one of the important signs of measuring the modernization of industrial production.Different production processes often use a highly customized production management system.Among many types,the steel component production management system is an information system that can cover the production management of steel structure prefabricated component production enterprises,which can effectively Optimize internal resources of the enterprise.In the current large-scale steel structure prefabricated part production mode environment in my country's traditional heavy industry area,the traditional production management mode is somewhat inadequate,and it is n ecessary to apply the production management system of steel structure prefabricated parts.Not only that,the current existing system solutions also need to be further improved,one of the important aspects is the production inspection function for the pro duction of prefabricated parts.In some current production management systems,the inspection method in the production process of prefabricated parts still stays in the status quo of 2D plane sectional views,and the 3D prefabricated model will be more con ducive to help the production process to grasp and indirectly improve the quality of components.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual system requirements of a factory,this paper proposes to build a production management system suitable for the production of steel prefabricated parts.Through information management to carry out effective production management,and then improve the production organization capacity of the company's multi-variety prefabricated parts,so that enterprises can better adapt to the fierce market competition and severe market situation.Through a more complete system design,this paper designs and implements a production management system that covers basic information management,plan account management,document management,material management,inspection completion management,and prefabricated model inspection.Driven by use cases,this paper designs and implements the proposed prefabricated production management system based on the cloud service environment.In addition to the basic functions of the system,the steel component production model review function has also been tentatively improved.The import,pre-processing of BIM-based prefab models and the browser-based pre-fab review function have been introduced to look forward to improving traditional prefabrication Review the experience of this important part of production.The test part of the system confirms that this article has achieved what it expects to achieve.
