Thermal Power Plant Of Panzhihua New Steel And Vanadium Stock Company Production Scheduling System Development

To better direct the development of enterprise production and scheduling system, the author summarizes and obtains some valuable theory results from the development of RDSCDDS system. This paper discusses some key techniques used in the project: communication of industry field bus technique, winsocket-based network data transmission technique, 3-tier application technique, and data management technique. The entire solving scheme is the emphasis of this paper.This paper firstly introduce the ubiquitous problems in the production management of enterprise. Almost all of the enterprises currently hope to extend the function of MIS to support production management. The core of production management is to know the running state of streamlines or furnace devices through real-timely observing the running parameters of them at long-distance, in order to guarantee these devices running normally to avoid the production abnormity.This paper secondly introduce several key techniques used in the project. To engineers, they concern the maturity and applicability of techniques more than the theory basis of them. Besides, they also concern how to select the best implementation way and how to apply skillfully these techniques.This paper use more length to introduce the design idea and implementation method of the project, to summarize and review the used techniques, and to put forward some places of the system need to be advanced.The results from the project has some direction and reference value to develop the production and scheduling system, and also has some scientific value.
