Panzhihua Iron And Steel Production And Sales Of Integrated Management System Research And Implementation

The computer managing system for production&sales integral of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co.is a scientific researching project supported by government, from 2003/3 to 2005/7. It was appraised by Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co.and the Panzhihua Science and Technology Committee in 2006. The author of the thesis works as the manager of the project.In this thesis, using the computer managing system for integrative production&sales of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co. as studied object, the idea and the theoretic of ERP as a new producing,dealing in and managing mode for modern enterprise, have been set forth. The demands of ERP for Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co,and the computer managing system for integrative production&sales based on the idea of ERP have been studied and analyzed. The planar architecture and the main function structure of ERP in Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co are put forward. The conception of the managing system for integrative production&sale based on the idea of ERP,the structure and the function of the managing system for integrative production&sales in truss of ERP for Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co have been put forward also. The framework and the managing mode for building Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co ERP have been brought forward. The stratagem, putting managing system for integrative production&sales in practice as the phase one project of ERP in Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co has been determined. The designing method and idea for integrative production&sale managing system network in truss of ERP for Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co have been brought forward. Using fast Ethernet technique,switch technique,Tuxedo Midd ,UNIX Operation System& ORACLE database managing technique and so on, The network subsystem has been implemented. From the structure of database,security for data,etc.,the enterprise database structure, being seasoned with the structure of ERP for Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co. has been put forward and the database subsystem has been implemented.
