Xinxing Hebei Metallurgical Resources Co.,Ltd is the third-level enterprise of Xinxing Cathay International Group directly under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC).The main products of the company include flat steel,anti-corrosion coatings,passivation magnesium powder and zinc wire.The flat steel products include flat steel,tooth shaped flat steel(wavy and 8002 teeth),I-shaped flat steel,I-shaped tooth-shaped steel and inclined flat steel.The size precision and the physical and chemical properties of the flat steel can meet the requirements of exporting to Japan,among which the I-shaped flat steel has been recognized and praised by many Japanese merchants.With the unified deployment of Xinxing Cathay International Group,each unit attempts to discuss the integration construction of industrialization and information,increase the computer management in production and management,reduce human intervention behavior,accelerate the progress of cost accounting and speed up the flow of material cycle,based on this starting point,the company started the construction of the “flat steel production scheduling and warehouse management system” in 2012,through the system operation,it reduced the artificial data collection and statistics errors,the monthly inventory data is more accurate,which can clearly understand the company's operation,so as to forecast and control the impact of activities on the operation of the enterprises,and make timely response to the changes in the market.On the basis of the deep study and research on the management process of Hebei Metallurgical Resources Co.,Ltd.,I designed and implemented the production scheduling and warehouse management system of flat steel.This paper first introduces the goal and task of the system research background,significance and construction;secondly,it describes the business scope,business process,functional requirements and non-functional requirements of flat steel production scheduling and warehouse management system in details;thirdly,this paper carried out overall system design(including the design principle,functional structure,system architecture,database management,security design and system performance,etc.),finally,this paper expounds the testing process,and the implementation effect of data and projects of the flat steel production scheduling and warehouse management system.
