This paper will study the TISCO precision strip steel manufacturing execution management information system design and implementation.(1) Using object-oriented design idea and UML design pattern based on the situation of the production of business needs analysis, forming the system functional requirements and performance requirements.(2) For TISCO precision strip steel manufacturing execution management information system for the overall design, the design to production and quality control to perform statistical analysis of manufacturing execution management information system in production.(3) According to the system design, the system test is completed in this paper.
