Human resources information system(HRIS),a means of managing information in a company,is crucial for the development of enterprises.By contrast,HRIS can improve the performance of a company and drive its development to a large degree.In recent years,the rapid development of computer technology has facilitated the development of every industry,especially those featuring information management.Computer systems,as a matter of fact,have improved the effectiveness and efficiency of companies,provided them with more verified bases for decision-making,and made their management more scientific and standardized.Although management on the basis of computer systems are very useful,at present,due to a late start and slow development,many information management systems fail to enable managers to manage their companies scientifically;in addition,even if some of them have used the system,they are still not fully capable of making good use of it to conduct safe and efficient management.That is why HRIS is urgently needed.The utilization of computer systems can improve the development and competitiveness of companies,so it is necessary to have such a scientific,efficient,and low-cost management system to reduce the cost.Therefore,creating such an information management system can provide the most help and support for enterprises,minimize the cost of management and offer a sound foundation for the development.Based on JAVA technology and traditional B/S mode(browser and server mode),the information management system gives its users an access to its browser and server with the function of response and support.Also,this system also relies on the combination of MYSQL database and some other technologies.This system mainly includes the following functions: recruitment management,personnel information management,and payroll management.What is more,this system is based on the elaboration,database design,and sufficient analyses and surveys.So I hope this system can benefit companies and improve their competitiveness.
