With the rapid progress of computer science and technology and the development trend of information globalization,information technology has already begun to popularize and apply in every industry,its to people's work and life has brought a lot of convenience.For various universities,excellent quality,many scientific research project,good employment,strong comprehensive strength is its has been the focus of attention,but often overlooked because of poor internal management and bring some negative problems.In xi 'an medical college student management,performance management,information management has responded to an appeal by the country began to implement information management,but in the aspect of human resource management has failed to establish the corresponding management system.And human resources information management is an important indicator of whether the college management informatization,scientific and reasonable human resource management system can make up for the traditional manual human resource information processing lead to poor safety,long processing time,low efficiency,such as the retrieval and storage difficult deficiency.This system combines the actual conditions of xi 'an medical college human resources demand,system framework and function of human resource management and studies the system structure,its mainly divided into the department of management,staff management,recruitment management,training management,rewards and punishment management,salary management and system management module of seven.This paper studied the system the main function modules design,realizes the intelligent human resource management,efficiency,and safety,good solve the human resource department in the management process faces various problems.Considering the xi 'an medical college human resources management has the characteristics of strong security,short development cycle,the system USES the current mainstream JAVA language programming,using MySQL as the database system,use SSH framework,the front desk of the display with the JSP implementation.System design and development needs to accord with the actual situation of xi 'an medical college and the specific requirements,at the same time have a scientific,reasonable,comprehensive,convenient,safe and reliable,etc.Developed by xi 'an medical college tests indicate its human resourcesmanagement system interface,function,system and operation completely normal,can meet the requirements of the school.Trial of the system effectively save a lot of labor costs in the process of consumption,its search speed,processing efficiency,confidentiality,security,maintainability,etc,are well maintained.This topic research is advantageous to the development and advancement of the medical college in xian,realize information management of the human resource management,for the expansion of xi 'an medical school in the future and sustainable development laid a good foundation.
