The rapid development of computer-aided technology and the popularization of mobile terminals have provided a broader space for knowledge dissemination.According to the data in the 45 th "Statistical Report on Internet Development in China" released by CNNIC,at the beginning of 2020,due to the COVID-19 outbreak,the growth of online education applications showed an explosive increase.A large number of homogenous learning products have flooded into the market,which not only does not solve the user's anxiety about knowledge acquisition,but also increases the negative emotions caused by the frustration of using products.From the perspective of flow,this study explores design strategies that can enhance the user experience of Knowledge Apps,and provides new ideas for the design of Knowledge Apps.First of all,through research and analysis of various aspects of the two concepts of The Flow and Knowledge Apps,this article finds that flow experience has good guidance on the learning motivation,attention,learning effect and learning experience faced by Knowledge Apps.The significance verifies the necessity of introducing Knowledge Apps in flow and the feasibility of Knowledge Apps flow caused by Knowledge Apps.Secondly,through qualitative and quantitative analysis to obtain the user needs of the knowledge-based app,and then through the PAT model analysis to obtain the flow-triggered elements of the Knowledge Apps.The user needs and the flow-triggered elements are constructed as the flow-driven Knowledge Apps design model.Based on the basic framework,using the channel model and the PAT model as the basic framework,the design ideas of the user experience elements are used for reference,and finally the knowledge app design model dominated by the flow experience is obtained and the design strategy is proposed.Finally,the empirical research on user experience verifies the feasibility of the knowledgebased App design model and design strategy proposed by the flow experience,and performs supplementary optimization.This article introduces the theory of flow experience into the design of Knowledge Apps,and constructs a design model that is helpful for the flow of Knowledge Apps and is verified by empirical research.It provides systematic theoretical support for the design of the same type of products in the future,and expands the application range of flow theory.
