| As an important information resource and intangible asset in today’s society,enterprise archives record the track of history and print the law of the future,and play a more active and important role in enterprise management and other aspects.With the development of information technology and data network,the archives management of state-owned enterprises tends to be platform,information and intelligence.As a natural resource province,Heilongjiang Province,due to national strategic positioning,historical legacy and other factors,the progress of state-owned enterprise reform is relatively slow compared with the national average speed.To do a good job in the archives management of state-owned enterprise restructuring will enhance the foundation,stability and reliability for the whole process of state-owned enterprise restructuring.On the other hand,due to the nature of enterprises and the value of archives,to do a good job in state-owned enterprise restructuring The management of industrial archives is also an important means to strengthen the supervision of state-owned assets and to protect national resources under the new situation of rational use of state-owned capital.Therefore,from the perspective of the archives management of the state-owned enterprises,this paper conducts a survey of the state-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.Through more objective and accurate methods such as telephone interview,questionnaire survey and field investigation,it comprehensively considers the actual situation of the state-owned enterprises in our province and the feasibility of the implementation of the countermeasures,and selects the state-owned enterprises with different representative main business fields and restructuring methods As the research object,this paper summarizes the current situation and problems of the archives management of the investigated objects and puts forward reasonable suggestions,in order to supplement the academic research of the archives management in the direction of the state-owned restructuring enterprises,andto provide reference for the archives management problems faced by the restructuring enterprises in China. |
