| The competition between software companies is the competition of products,and the quality of products largely depends on the quality of software testing.Currently,the development of testing management in state-owned software companies is relatively backward,which has seriously affected their product quality.Compared with mature IT enterprises,state-owned software companies are in a state of scarcity in all aspects of resources.Therefore,how to utilize the advantages and characteristics of state-owned enterprise software companies,continuously optimize the company’s testing management system,and explore software testing management methods that are in line with the characteristics of state-owned companies is an important issue faced by many state-owned enterprise software companies.This paper first introduces the CMMI software Capability Maturity Model and the TMMI test maturity model,and then takes company A as an example to study the test management of state-owned software companies.Through methods such as questionnaire surveys and manager interviews,combined with the CMMI maturity model and the TMMI maturity model,a study was conducted on the testing management issues of state-owned enterprise software companies.It was found that in terms of software testing management,state-owned enterprise software companies currently lack the ability to respond to frequent changes in potential needs,insufficient support for software testing,and poor communication among department employees There are differences and other issues with the launched products.Through in-depth analysis of these issues,it was found that the main reasons for the problems are the company’s low emphasis on software testing,incomplete testing standards and mechanisms,communication barriers between departments and teams,and conflicts between testing autonomy and traditional management models of state-owned enterprises.Then,according to the software quality model of ISO/IEC 25010,2011,this paper establishes a software testing quality management quality evaluation system consisting of 8 first level indicators and 24 second level indicators.It is found that the top five items with the lowest score are the sub characteristics of low cost of available resources,modularized operation and maintenance,installation environment adaptability,information security requirements and simple system upgrade,Based on this,this article has formulated specific improvement measures such as increasing investment in software testing resources,strengthening the ability to respond to frequent changes in requirements,establishing a document system for the entire testing process,establishing a feedback mechanism for testing issues,and establishing a software testing quality supervision system.Finally,this article proposes measures to enhance the company’s understanding of software testing,establish a testing operation system suitable for state-owned enterprise software companies,and maintain the initiative of state-owned enterprise software testing teams from three aspects:system,talent,and resources.The optimization and improvement plan for software testing management in state-owned enterprises studied in this study is of great significance to Company A,and also provides experience and decision-making reference for software testing management in relevant state-owned enterprise software companies. |
