| There are few studies on the work of local documents and archives,and the study on the work of Shengjing documents and archives is more rare.In order to restore the work of Shengjing documents and archives,this paper selects Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing as the research basis,and analyzes the management of documents and archives in Mukden during the Jiaqing period." Hetu Dangse " is preserved in Liaoning Archives,which is the official document copying archives formed by the internal affairs office of Mukden in the Qing Dynasty.Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing records the exchanges and exchanges between the departments in Mukden and those in Beijing during Jiaqing.There are 58 volumes of " Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing Dynasty",including 21004 files,which were arranged and published by Liaoning Archives in line binding book office in 2016.The archives in Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing dynasty recorded the management of documents and archives in Mukden,and a large number of relevant archives appeared.This paper is divided into four parts to analyze and evaluate the management of documents and archives in Mukden.The first part is the introduction.The second part is about the document work in Mukden area,which is seen in Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing.It combs how Mukden further strengthened the document work in Jiaqing period from the four aspects of standardizing the writing system of official documents,improving the management of printing and letter,rigorous transmission of official documents and strengthening the supervision of official documents.The third part is the archives work in Mukden,which is seen in Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing.It further combs the archives work from four basic links of archives work: transfer,custody,utilization and so on.The fourth part is a review of the archives management agencies in Mukden and their archives.We can see that Mukden has ensured the normal operation of the work of document archives in many aspects,and ensured the safety and multi-faceted utilization of the preserved archives. |
