Ministry Of Rites In Shengjing And Its Function From Hetu Dangse

Hetu Dangse is a copy of the official documents exchanged between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Shengjing in the Qing Dynasty and various departments of the capital and the authority of Shengjing.It is now preserved in the Liaoning Provincial Archives.The Liaoning Provincial Archives and the Thread-bound Book Bureau have published books in the six dynasties of Kangxi,Yongzheng,Qianlong,Jiaqing,Daoguang,and Xianfeng.The Shengjing Ministry of Rites had close exchanges with the official documents of the Shengjing Ministry of Internal Affairs,and there are many records of it in the Hetu Dangse File.The first part of this article briefly introduces the establishment and abolition of the Shengjing Ministry of Rites,the location and institutional settings,the comparison with the Ministry of Rites,and the official document form of the Ministry of Shengjing in the Hetu Dangse File,in order to help readers understand the relevant aspects of the Ministry of Shengjing.The situation and the official document form of the Shengjing Li Ministry.The second part summarizes the sacrificial management functions of the Shengjing Rites,mainly through the selection of table-lifting officials in the mausoleum sacrificial offerings,the preparation of the mausoleum sacrificial offerings,and the detailed analysis of the preparatory work and the later finishing work in the hall sacrificial offerings.The third part analyzes the etiquette management functions of the Shengjing Ritual Department,which mainly includes the management of festive etiquette such as New Year's Day,Longevity,and Qianqiu Festival;as well as the management of funeral etiquette and edict etiquette after the emperor's death.The fourth part is an overview of the management functions of the Shengjing Li Ministry on the royal archives,which can be divided into the preparatory work and the follow-up work to welcome the royal archives.Preliminary preparations include: conveying the date of the gift,informing the welcome process,preparation of the materials,and sending the officials,etc.;follow-up work includes:the modification of the royal archives,and the preservation of the royal archives.The fifth part briefly introduces the functions of the Shengjing Ministry of Rites to convey the seal letter,inform the official hat to change,manage the student affairs of the officer,and order not to cut green wood.
