| Qing Dynasty was an important period in the development of documents and archives in our country,not only inherited the Ming Dynasty’s documents and archives management system,but also brought out the new and constantly changed,and formed a more consistent with the Qing government’s documents and archives management system and related norms.As the last feudal dynasty,the management of documents and archives in Qing Dynasty has important research value.Shengjing,as the secondary capital of the Qing Dynasty,had a high political status,and its management of documents and archives was different from that of other regions.Hetu Dangse of Daoguang Dynasty,as a copy of the official documents of Shengjing Internal Administration in the Daoguang Period,is a true representation of Shengjing government affairs in the Daoguang period and carries abundant information.Taking Hetu Dangse of Dao Guang Dynasty as the main research data,we can explore the actual situation of document and archive management in Shengjing area from the most authentic and direct original archives,enrich the relevant research of document and archive work in Northeast China in the Qing Dynasty,and also have a certain reference value for the development research of Chinese archive history.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part expounds the basic content of document and archives management in Shengjing area,from two aspects of document processing and archiving management;The third part,on the basis of the content of document management,expounds the characteristics of document management in Shengjing area from four aspects: extensive application of archive inventory,special treatment of royal archives,clever archival copying and strict protection of archival places;The fourth part mainly analyzes the document archives work of Shengjing area in Daoguang period dialectically,discusses the reasonableness and deficiency of its management work,in order to summarize and evaluate the document archives work of Shengjing area in Daoguang period,and provides certain experience and lessons for the future document archives work. |
