With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,the change of user groups and the popularization of online education,the form and content of information literacy education in college libraries should also make corresponding changes according to the changes of the times,user needs and changes in the entire society.Future trends and inevitable results of education.It makes full use of the existing platform technology to enable users to master the necessary information skills and cultivate users' ability to structure thinking and use information to solve problems.Online information literacy education has played an indispensable role in college libraries,so it is necessary to conduct theoretical research and practical exploration on the situation of online information literacy education in college libraries.In order to improve the quality of online information literacy education in libraries,this paper takes college libraries in Liaoning area as the research object,through the survey of college libraries and their users,using SPSS and EXCEL software to summarize the statistics of the two surveys and make comparative analysis.Finally,put forward operational suggestions and strategies to improve the status of online information literacy education of college libraries in Liaoning.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background,current research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,theoretical and practical significance,and innovations.The second part introduces the concepts of information literacy,information literacy education,online information literacy education and user experience.The third part is a multi-angle investigation and analysis of the online information literacy education content of the web pages,WeChat and other platforms of the university libraries in Liaoning.The fourth part is based on the investigation of the university library users,and the data collected by the survey results are statistically analyzed using SPSS tools.The fifth part puts forward the problems of online information literacy education of college libraries in Liaoning.The sixth part puts forward the promotion strategy of online information literacy education of college libraries from various aspects.In terms of information awareness,both the user and the university library shouldincrease the emphasis on online information literacy education;in terms of content,enrich and deepen the content of online information literacy education,establish special curriculum resources,combine online and offline teaching,and bring fun to education To improve the quality of online information literacy education at different levels and by individualized teaching;to establish a co-ordination mechanism to achieve resource sharing in terms of sharing;for librarians,the construction of librarians ' curriculum system should be strengthened,and online information literacy education seminars should be regularly held to improve librarians 'information Ability;platform utilization,based on user experience,use multiple platforms to carry out online information literacy education;in resource organization and management,improve resource classification and ordering capabilities,standardize web page settings,supplement the online information literacy education content of the MOOC platform;evaluation,establish "Trinity" assessment mechanism.
