Project risk management theory is a comprehensive and complicated theory,which is widely used in actual project management activities.This paper introduces the relevant contents of risk management theory and the current research situation at home and abroad,with emphasis on the process and activities of risk management,including the project's risk management plan,risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring.The mobile phone and accessories industry is a fast-growing technology-based industry where consumer demand is constantly changing and upgrading.New requirements and new technologies bring a higher sensory visual experience,and in addition to better functional services,it also brings more uncertainty about R&D technology.The mobile phone switches produced by P Company must meet the market requirements and must be smaller and thinner.The development of new products faces challenges.It is in this context that the key to the success of a project is risk management.This paper adopts the research method combining theory with case,first introduces the relevant theory of risk management.The case study of P Company is based on this.Secondly,from the perspective of the industry and the project,the company conducted in-depth risk management research on the newly developed mobile phone switch products.Throughout the risk management process,the Delphi method and the FMEA analysis method are mainly used for risk management of the whole factor and the whole process.Due to the importance of the project,the participating managers are actively developing risk management methods and applying risk management theory to standardize the work.It mainly analyzes the risk planning and risk identification of the project,and implements risk assessment,risk response and risk monitoring to effectively reduce the risks existing in the project and ensure the smooth implementation of R&D work.In addition,learning Japanese management experience is very beneficial to promote the promotion of risk management theory in Chinese companies,and it also has good reference for risk management research in mobile phone and accessories industry.
