China’s economy is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and enterprises are also in a historical period of information management and reform to promote the transformation of enterprise operation mode.On this basis,the enterprise operation mode is constantly changing.Nowadays,the role of information technology in the development of enterprises is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,when modern enterprises improve their management ability,they must improve the IT management level so that it can meet the business needs of enterprises.Chinese enterprises have realized the importance of IT management,but they have not formed a more scientific method and perfect management system.Most enterprises pay more attention to the development of technology and lack the investment and management at the service level.The daily work of IT managers is to deal with the trivial things of the company,The traditional IT operation mode has been unable to effectively deal with the current pressure of IT service management.Enterprises must optimize the service management process,change the traditional passive service and carry out active it management,so as to improve the quality of IT service and improve the competitive advantage of enterprises.Under this background,this paper takes L company as the research object,takes the IT service management problems encountered in the development process of L company as the research starting point,takes the ITIL theory of the best practice of IT service management as the theoretical basis,and comprehensively puts forward the optimization scheme of IT service management of L company in combination with the development stage of L company and the current situation of IT service department at the current stage,Solve the problems existing in the IT service management of L company and form an effective IT service management system.In the research process,through the research methods of interview and fishbone diagram,sort out the problems,explore the deep-seated root causes of the problems,introduce the relevant process methods of ITIL,suit the remedy to the case,and effectively improve the IT service management level.Through questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.Finally,practical safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the effective operation of the scheme.The research goal of this paper is to effectively improve the IT service management level of L company through the implementation of the scheme,initially form an efficient and collaborative IT service management system,and finally improve the satisfaction of IT service.An efficient IT service management system plays a positive role in improving the overall business efficiency of L company in the transformation and expansion stage.At the same time,it can also provide reference for enterprises of the same type and stage to optimize it service management.
