In order to strengthen emergency management level of Wang Zhuang coal mine, improve the emergency, early warning and ex post evaluation ability, solve the WangZhuang coal mine six independent systems, information not sharing problem, throughthe establishment of standard data protocol using J2EE, Web, Service, GIS, GPSpositioning and case-based reasoning technology based on, emergency managementsystem the development of a set contains data collection service system in coal mine, and puts forward the integration scheme of emergency management system in WangZhuang coal mine. Analysis of the accident probability using explosive trianglealgorithm, find the accident plan, and the technology of case based reasoning to findsimilar accident cases in the accident case knowledge base, rescue methods accordingto successful rescue plan, get better with the escape route. The results show that, thecoal mine emergency management system through the application of the six systemdata, mine, especially underground emergency early warning, emergency dispatch andrescue, afterwards evaluation and assessment, provide the effective work for WangZhuang coal mine emergency management; put forward and application integrationscheme of emergency management system of Wang Zhuang coal mine, effectivelysolve the independent operation of mine six existing systems, the problem ofinformation island, the mine environment to get parameters used in the accident earlywarning and emergency rescue, greatly enhance the management level of emergencyWang Zhuang coal mine, through the integration of the six systems, the advancewarning of coal mine emergency became possible, and strengthen the accidentassessment, provides reference to similar events in coal mine.
