With the development of the information industry,the application of sensors not only affects everyone's life,work and study,but also plays a vital role in the development of the whole microelectronics industry.With the development of sensors,people have higher and higher requirements on their precision,power consumption,reliability and controllability,so most of the sensor interface systems will add semiconductor memory for sensitivity modification and control to meet people's demand for high performance.As a typical representative of semiconductor Memory,electrical Programmable can erase the Memory with low power consumption,simple structure,stable data storage,etc.Based on this,this paper designs an EEPROM read-write control circuit suitable for sensor interface circuit on SMIC 0.15 ?m CMOS process.This EERPOM read-write control circuit has the characteristics of low power consumption,low area cost,high reliability and convenient read-write operation.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the sensor circuit system,and introduces in detail the working principle of EEPROM read-write control circuit in the sensor interface circuit.At the same time,the device structure and working mechanism of EEPROM are introduced,and the corresponding measures to improve the reliability of its storage unit are given according to the read-write mechanism of EEPROM.Secondly,this paper elaborates the working principle of key modules in EEPROM,the optimization of circuit system,and the Design of Testability(DFT),and gives simulation results of each control module.The main work is in the direction of low power consumption and low area cost of c-v detection system.This paper adopts the method of optimizing control circuit timing,reducing unnecessary control logic and reusing internal logic structure,at the same time by reasonable control readout enable end and clock signal termination way to achieve the goal of low power consumption and area cost reduction,and at the same time improve the flexibility of EEPROM operation.Aiming at the high reliability requirement of embedded EEPROM IP,this paper adopts the method of testability design of EEPROM read-write control circuit,and ensures the reliability and controllability of EEPROM read-write control circuit by scanning for different fault types and high scanning coverage.Finally,the integrated verification and layout of EEPROM read-write control circuit are carried out with EDA tools.The chip was tested after the chip was streamed,and the function correctness of EEPROM in the sensor interface circuit was guaranteed by cross verification of multiple modules.The result shows that the EEPROM read-write control circuit has an area of 350?m ×320?m,the maximum power consumption is 101?w,and the operating voltage range is 3.3v-5v.The read-write control signal is simplified into two,which can meet the control time sequence requirements and realize the design indexes of low area,low power consumption and convenient operation.At the same time,the scanning coverage of different fault types reaches more than 96%,which guarantees the reliability and controllability of embedded EEPROM.
